Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These are the general Terms & Conditions governing your access and use of this website ("Site"). The Site may contain links to the websites, web pages, products and services also operated by R Group Holding LLC (RGH), and are also subject to these Terms & Conditions.

RGH reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Use of content

However, RGH reserves the right to charge for access to part or all of the Site in the future without user’s agreement, subject to giving user clear notice when entering any part to which charges apply. RGH may elect to suspend, vary or terminate the Services and the Site immediately and without prior notice. RGH may elect to terminate the Services or your access to the Site forthwith on breach of any of these Terms & Conditions by you, or if RGH ceases to offer the Site and the Services for any reason whatsoever.

Your Obligations

You warrant that you will only use the Site and the Services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and in an appropriate and lawful manner and you shall not: receive, access or transmit any Content which is obscene, pornographic, threatening, racist, menacing, offensive, defamatory, in breach of confidence, in breach of any intellectual property right (including copyright) or otherwise objectionable or unlawful; and violate systems or network security, which incur criminal or civil liability; and use the Site and/or the Services to advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose without RGH’s written consent; and knowingly or recklessly transmit any electronic Content (including viruses) through the Site and/or the Services which shall cause or is likely to cause detriment or harm.

You acknowledge and agree that the Services and the Site or any part thereof (all materials, trade marks and etc.), whether presented to you by RGH, advertisers or any third party are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. All rights are expressly reserved.

You hereby grant to RGH a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to reproduce, transfer, modify, adapt and/or publish any Content provided by you to us by email, post or otherwise on the Site and/or the Services as RGH sees fit and without notice to you, unless you have indicated otherwise in such communication.

Liability

RGH assumes no responsibility for Content created or published by users and third parties that is included in the Site and the Services or which may be linked to and from the Site. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and to hold RGH harmless from and against any claim brought by a third party.

Neither RGH nor any member of RGH holding shall be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of or use of Services available on the Site. RGH also excludes all liability in respect of any loss arising as a result from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or services interruptions and other actions irrespective of RGH.

RGH makes every effort to ensure the security of your communications. You are however advised that for reasons beyond our control, there is a risk that your communications may be unlawfully intercepted or accessed by those other than the intended recipient.

General

All the disputes arising between the parties shall be settled in an amicable way, otherwise all disputes shall be settled in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation and shall be presented to the appropriate court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Force Majeure — RGH shall not be liable in respect of any breach of these Terms and Conditions due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to, Acts of God, inclement weather, act or omission of Government or other operators, testing of technology, etc.

In its professional activity, RGH is always guided by and acts in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and takes an active part in the process of development and improvement of the existing laws, normative acts and provisions, contributing to the progressive development of the telecommunications industry in the country.

RGH welcomes and supports a healthy lifestyle, and is always ready to take part in charitable and sponsorship activities for the benefit of the society, being committed to maintaining progressive social events.

As a part of our mission, we are aware of and assume our social responsibilities in our business operations, and we consider it absolutely unacceptable to advertise and/or render support to promotion of the goods and/or products of the companies engaged in the manufacture and distribution of alcohol and/or tobacco products, as well as the products that have a detrimental effect on human health.
