Responsibilities
- Preparing project plans, tracking execution stages, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating with the IT team, product owners, operations, and field teams
- Managing tasks in task management systems (Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Preparing status reports and presenting them to management
- Analyzing agro-tech trends, digital solutions, and international market opportunities
- Conducting research on potential markets to support export expansion
- Proposing new functional features for the development of digital products
- Collecting and presenting market research findings to management
- Coordinating supply chain stages (purchase → stock → shipping → delivery → confirmation)
- Maintaining operational communication with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners
- Applying basic knowledge of agro products, farmer needs, and sector dynamics
- Supporting small-scale marketing initiatives to promote digital products among partners and farmers
- Preparing presentations, proposal documents, and product launch materials
- Researching new sales and partnership opportunities
- Communicating with partner stores and regional teams
- Preparing process documentation (SOPs, workflow diagrams, checklists)
- Preparing analytical reports on pricing, stock levels, project performance, and product usage
- Identifying risks in a timely manner and escalating when necessary
Requirements
- Basic experience or understanding of IT environments, digital products, and project management
- Understanding of supply chain principles (procurement, stock, delivery)
- Interest in or basic knowledge of the agro sector (preferred)
- Ability to conduct research, collect data, and structure findings
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, task management, and PM tools: Jira, Trello, Notion
- Good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (analysis, comparison, table preparation)
- Ability to analyze product inquiries, trends, and digital market behavior
- Skills in reporting and data visualization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Responsibility, time management, proactiveness, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with various teams
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in new areas
- Education in IT, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience (preferably in project management, digital operations, supply chain, or agro-tech)
- Experience in startups, digital products, or marketplace environments is an advantage
- Good command of English; Russian language skills are preferred
