  • Rahman Khalilov

    Rahman Khalilov

    Rahman Khalilov’s road in the area of oil and petroleum product supply and transportation spans two decades. His impressive career began with academic achievements, as he graduated from the European University in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1998. In 2001, he further enriched his knowledge by earning a diploma from the International University of Geneva.

    From 1997 to 2007, Rahman Khalilov held diverse roles within prominent companies, including "LUKOIL-Turkey" and "LITASCO" S.A. (Switzerland), both integral parts of the renowned Private Joint-Stock Society "LUKOIL".

    In 2004, he ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing and guiding the trading company Riroil Sarl, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

    His professional career took a pivotal turn during the time period of 2004 to 2007, when he held the esteemed position of Vice President for logistics and the delivery of petroleum projects, covering a range from energy projects to production, within ISR Holding situated in Baku, Azerbaijan.

    Rahman Khalilov’s leadership saw the integration of a tanker fleet into the corporate framework at different intervals, complemented by the establishment of specialized units dedicated to management of shipping operations.

    His commitment to learning and professional growth led him to Cambridge and Oxford colleges, where he diligently studied "Trading Oil and International Markets" alongside "International Oil Supply, Transportation, Logistics, and Trading".

    Roman Kurdyumov

    In 2003, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with a degree in Jurisprudence, qualified as an international lawyer with knowledge of foreign languages.

    Prior to joining the company, Roman worked at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation as a senior expert in the legal department, senior expert in the legal department, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

    Since 2007, he has successively held the positions of Deputy Head of the Claims and Contracts Department, Deputy Financial Director, Vice President for Internal Audit and Control of RAILGO.

    Since October 2013, Roman Kurdyumov has been a member of the RAILGO Management Board.

    Since July 2023, he has been a member of the Management Board of R Group Holding.

    Rashad Khalilov

    He graduated from American University, Washington, D.C. in 2006, majoring in Economics. Since 2007, he has successively held the positions of a loan expert at ProCommercebank. Since 2008, he has worked as a financial expert, financial director at IODICO LLC. Since June 2014, Rashad Khalilov has been the CEO of IODICO.

    Since July 2023, he has been the Member of the Management Board of R Group Holding.

  • Nadir Orujov

    Nadir Orujov

    Nadir obtained his bachelor’s degree in Baku State University (faculty of law) in 1998. He successfully earned a master’s degree in faculty of law, Baku State University in 2000.

    Prior to joining the holding, Nadir worked as a senior consultant in the Chief Department of the Legislation, AR Ministry of Justice; senior consultant and acting head of the Anti-Money Laundering Unit in the Bank Supervision Department, AR Central Bank; head of the corporate law in OJSC VTB (Azerbaijan); head of the department of law and international cooperation in AR National Depository Center.

    Since 2009, he has successively held the positions of Head of the Corporate Law and Government Affairs in Bakcell LLC, expert (head) of Corporate law area in OJSC PASHA Bank, commercial law consultant in Azercell Telecom LLC.

    Since July 2023, he has been Member of the Management Board, Legal and Compliance Director in R Group Holding.

  • Samir Aslanov

    Samir Aslanov

    In 2002, he received a bachelor’s degree of the Azerbaijan State University of Languages with honors, and in 2004 he graduated from the same University with a master’s degree. In 2002-2003, he completed the specialization program "Finance and Credit" at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. In 2011, he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on the specialization "Production and Operations Management" and graduated MBA program established in Partnership with Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA) with honors. In 2013, he received the CIMA diploma on Islamic finance, Islamic banking, Capital markets and Insurance modules. In 2016, he received the ACCA "Financial Accounting" certificate.

    Since 2001, he has successively held the positions of specialist cashier, leading specialist, chief specialist in the Open Joint-Stock Company "International Bank of Azerbaijan", as well as held the position of the head of the investment and global financial markets division of the Islamic Banking Department.

    Since June 2014, he has worked as Finance Director at IODICO LLC. Since July 2022, he is Deputy CEO and Finance Director of the same company.

    Since July 2023, he has been a member of the Management Board of R Group Holding.

  • Jabrail Ismailov

    Jabrail Ismailov

    Obtained his bachelor’s degree in International Management and Business at Royal Holloway, University of London, UK, in 2011.

    In 2012, he successfully earned a master’s degree in Maritime Operations and Management from City University London. He also holds a professional qualification from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS London).

    Having worked at international trading and shipping firms in London, Geneva, and Istanbul, he brings a wealth of experience. He is an accomplished professional in commodities, possessing practical expertise in trading and logistics within the industry.

  • Abdul Aliyev

    Abdul Aliyev

    Mr. Abdul Aliyev was born on October 9, 1986 in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 2008 he graduated from the Baku State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, after which in 2012 he pursued a Master’s degree in National Security and Political Strategy. In 2015 Mr. Aliyev received his additional Master’s degree in International Economic and Political Studies from Charles University in Prague.

    Between 2010 and 2011, he gained experience working at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked as an advisor at the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Between 2014 and 2015, he was the chairman of the "Česko-Ázerbájdžánský Spolek" youth organization based in Prague, Czech Republic. Between 2016 and 2018, he was the director of the Gabala regional "ASAN Service" center.

    Between 2018 and 2023, he worked as the Head of the International Relations Department at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

    In 2018, he received the "Taraggi Medal" on the basis of an order signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

    In 2022, he received "Jubilee Medal" of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of "the 10th anniversary of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2012-2022)".
